Sétima is a Galician production company recently created by producer Silvia Fuentes and director Anxos Fazáns.

As a director and screenwriter, she recently premiered her second feature film, Las líneas discontinuas (The Discontinuous Lines), which had its international premiere in the Official Selection of the 2025 Tallinn Black Nights Festival and its national premiere at the Gijón International Film Festival (FICX), where it won the DAMA Award for Best Screenplay of a Spanish Film. It also screened at numerous national festivals such as Novos Cinemas, Rizoma, and REC Tarragona. Furthermore, it is part of the Smart 7 International Selection, which will take it to festivals such as Vilnius, IndieLisboa, New Horizons, and Thessaloniki.
With her first feature film, A Estación Violenta (A Violent Season) (2017, Matriuska), she traveled to several festivals, including the Seville European Film Festival, BAFICI, D’La Film Festival, SANFIC, and Cinespaña Toulouse. It also received an Honorable Mention at the Cali International Film Festival. Furthermore, her short films have been featured in various festivals: Area (2016, Matriuska) was programmed at Zinebi, Analógica (2019, Erika Lust) competed at BAFICI and Curtocircuito, and Habitar (2023, Séptima) was selected for Play-Doc and the Gijón International Film Festival, among others. In 2019, she participated in the Injuve Artistic Residencies.
In 2018, she founded the production company Sétima with Silvia Fuentes, where she produces and collaborates with directors such as Javier Ferreiro, Ángel Filgueira, Sara Traba, Berio Molina, and Álvaro Gago.
She also worked as an assistant director on the feature films “Nación” by Margarita Ledo and “Cando toco un animal” by Ángel Filgueira. She combines her acting career with teaching, serving on the faculty of the Audiovisual Communication degree program at the University of Vigo and at the ACT Galicia school, among other experiences. In terms of education, he completed the Master’s Degree in Film Directing at ESCAC and the Master’s Degree in Contemporary Art, Creation and Research at Uvigo.

In 2024, he premiered the documentary Filmei paxaros voando by Zeltia Outeiriño, which received a Special Jury Mention at the L’Alternativa Festival, the Mestre Mateo Award for Best Documentary, and was nominated for the Arrebato Award for Non-Fiction at the 2026 Feroz Awards. In 2023, he premiered the short film Habitar by Anxos Fazáns, which received the MICE Award for Best Film. That same year, he premiered the feature film Cando toco un animal by Ángel Filgueira in the Un impulso colectivo section of the D’A Film Festival in Barcelona.
She is currently working on the post-production of A morte nos teus ollos (Death in Your Eyes), the debut feature film by Guillermo de Oliveira, winner of the Best International Project Award at the 2024 MIA Market in Rome. She also has several projects in the financing stage, including Porto Alegre, Álvaro Gago’s second feature film; Fame e Febre (Fame and Fever), the debut feature by Javier Ferreiro, creator and director of the series Mariliendre; and Handen, Ángel Filgueira’s upcoming film, winner of the Ventura Award for Best Film in Development at the 2025 Play-Doc Festival.
Aside from Sétima, she is known for her work at the Catalan production company Lastor Media. She also served as production manager on the feature films As neves (The Snows) by Sonia Méndez and Gosa Poder (Going to Power) by Isaki Lacuesta. Additionally, she worked as head of production on films such as O Corno (The Horn) by Jaione Camborda, Matria (Matria), Álvaro Gago’s first feature film, and Nación (Nation) by Margarita Ledo.
