Forastera (“Foreigner”) has never visited the place where her mother was born and raised, but she has made-up images in her head. She didn’t know that her mother owned a piece of land in Galicia. This forest is her inheritance and her last connection to her mother’s origins. She feels the need to get to know this place, so she decides to travel from Germany to Galicia on her motorbike. This journey will bring her face to face with the Galician coastline and countryside and will lead her to find, unwillingly, what she was actually looking for.
